5th June 2025 | Issue 269

News this week...

Rosie, Luca, Sienna and Mollie are pleased to say that Launton School won Bicester Rocks 2025. There were 8 schools taking part and we got the highest amount of points.

Congratulations to the children who have once again shone in the Bicester Times Tables Rock Stars competition, achieving the highest average score per pupil in Bicester. This is a huge achievement because the score of every single pupil contributes to this so it has been a magnificent team effort.

And in (possibly related) other news, the children in Beech Class have been quietly resilient and diligent this week whilst completing the National Y4 Multiplication Tables Check. Well done!

The Year 6 pupils have decided to fundraise as a team for an outing they are planning at the end of term and have asked for your support with this; they have made a poster to explain.
