School Council
Our School Council represents the views of all our pupils. It gives children the opportunity to make their voices heard and feel part of the whole school community.
The School Council interviewed candidates to choose the person who would become Head teacher and they interviewed candidates to be the new Vicar of Launton.
A Message From The School Council
In school council we have been collecting ideas from the school council suggestion books. We had a very popular idea to have a school magazine written by the children. We are also working towards more playground equipment. There are lots of other ideas we are working on and hope to bring them to the school. We also had some meetings about healthy eating ideas, we came up with lots of ideas and here are a few:
- Grow fruit and veg for sales
- Healthy eating chart
- Eating diary for everyone at school, sticker chart for reaching eating goals
- Launton School Sports Championship
- YR 5/6 run an after school club
- After school study class
